Well, I got a little sidetracked, so here is a recent Treo discovery: Whenever I receive an email with an mdb (MS Access DB) attachment in my inbox, it breaks Versamail activesync. Poof!
But if I go into my inbox on the desktop, and move the offending email with mdb attachment to another folder, poof again! All of a sudden, activesync is fine and completes without error. (When I moved the message back, it reoccurred without fail.)
And lest you try some other dissembling explanation, the size of the message, including attached mdb, was 223KB. Oh, and I verified that this happened whether or not the attachment was zipped.
